Withdrawal by QR Code or Token

1. Initiating the Withdrawal#

The client generates a QR code or token from their wallet via iHela USSD, mobile banking, or web banking.
During this process, the client specifies the withdrawal amount and a description.

2. Presenting the QR Code or Token#

The client presents the generated QR code or token to an authorized agent.

3. Agent Verification#

The agent scans the QR code or enters the token along with the withdrawal amount to retrieve the pending transaction details.
The agent verifies the transaction information to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

4. Validation and Completion#

Once verified, the agent confirms and validates the withdrawal request.
The transaction is processed, and the client receives the withdrawn amount.
